The Lighthouse Villas are located in one of the most desirable locations
on the beautiful Caribbean Island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, (BVI).
The Lighthouse Villas are nestled on a hillside less than a two minute
walk from the Cane Garden Bay's magnificent palm tree lined beach with over one mile of
soft white sand.

This new three-story hotel has six oversized villas with large balconies overlooking Cane
Garden Bay and a beautiful sandy beach. From your room's French doors, which lead to
your own private balcony you can see the beach, visiting yachts, nine islands including
Jost Van Dyke and two U.S. Islands, St. John and St. Thomas. At dusk you'll see a
beautiful Caribbean sunset. At night you'll see the distant lights of St. Thomas
glowing like jewels.

exhilaration of water sports activities or the tranquility of the sea caressing the beach.
Six recently completed holiday villas range in size from an
efficiency unit to a deluxe two bedroom apartment. All dwellings include generous
balconies, living and dining areas, king size beds, large bathrooms, and fully equipped
kitchens.
The Lighthouse is tastefully decorated with white wicker furnishings and is tiled
throughout with accents of subtle blues and grays. The use of ceiling fans and
extensive windows provides a bright and cheerful environment.

Cane Garden, a popular sailing anchorage, is best depicted by singer/writer
Jimmy Buffet in his song "Manana." He sings, "Things will get better,

Your Vacation Home
The Lighthouse Villas is not a resort...it is your VACATION HOME.
Our guests are not considered tourists...they are friends. It is luxurious and
affordable. It is peaceful yet exciting. The hillside reflects local fauna and
flora. The evenings emit the occasional strains of Caribbean music or the country
side sounds of the rooster's crow. Daylight may provide sightings outside of geckos
outside or goats scurrying about.
The keeper of the light is Marcia Rymer Bean. She is your hostess
and proprietor. She provides you with a home away from home. Your
accommodations include more than mere sleeping quarters. Should you choose, the self
catering facilities allow you to dine inside or alfresco. Your living arrangements
provide for reading or relaxing indoors or out. The "chill-factor" is
excellent, about 84 degrees.
Enjoy the panoramic vistas, peaceful solicitude, and tranquil
walk on the beach. Or the exhilaration of water sports activities, Caribbean
nightlife, and unforgettable Caribbean dining.

Amenities:
The Lighthouse provides a perfect setting. For guests who wish to dine out,
there are a number of beach restaurants in the area. The beach ambiance, on selected
nights, is enhanced by the availability of Caribbean music. Quito Rymer, a local
musician/artist, performs at this "Gazebo," a short walk from the
Lighthouse. Water sports rentals, including sailing dinghies, snorkel gear, boat
rentals, and excursions are all available in "The Bay."

The recently completed Lighthouse Villas offer six holiday apartments.
| The Terrace Suites are located on the ground floor.
| They include a one-bedroom (2 guest) efficiency unit and a large, deluxe, two bedroom
unit with two balconies. |
| The deluxe Unit can sleep six, with the use of the living room futon. |

| The two Palm Tree Suites are located on the second floor.
| They sleep two. |
| They allow for enhanced views. |
|
| The Penthouse Suites occupy the third level.
| Their views are spectacular. |
| They have open-beam, vaulted ceilings. |
| One apartment sleeps two, while the other has a second bedroom and can sleep up to four. |

villa and three nights on the CHEERS or Tamoure
sailing yachts. This land and sea package gives you the opportunity to cruise
and visit other islands in the BVI. You can savor the tranquility of pristine
anchorages.

is designed as an introductory course for first-time
divers. |
| Certification Completion allows divers who have
completed all but their open water work to obtain
